So here I am at the library with my sister! YES I'M HERE IT'S ACTUALLY ME!

Anyway, I've been up to no good. In one week, I've gone from a girl with red highlights, to a girl with blonde streaks to a black head! HAHAH! I hated my blonde streaks! THEY WERE AWFUL! AND THOSE @(*(#*@#(@ streaks gave me a big headache.

I'm slowly adjusting to the weather and I think I've been making improvements! I've gone from wearing boots to wearing flip flops. Also, I've exchanged my sweats for shorts! YAY! I should be given a certificate or something for this major improvement!

I hope to start classes by June! I've got so many things to do this summer. I want to get my license and hopefully, my mom will allow me to drive her car! Ironically, I think driving a stick shift car is MUCH easier than driving an automatic! SERIOUSLY! (Do you see how serious my face is right now?)

IT'S FREEZING HERE! We'll it's not that cold but I spend my mornings bundled in blankets!

I spent my first week in california whining! Whining about how much I miss the Philippines. Whining about how much I miss my cousins and friends.

Anyway, I will be starting school this month and I'm kinda excited. Over the weekend, I went university hopping! I went to UC San Diego, UC Los Angeles and UC Irvine. I loved UCSD and UCLA because of it's infrastructures but UCI takes the cake. Even though it's a tad bit smaller, I loved it's small community concept. I WILL BE IN UCI SOOON!

You're probably wondering where the heck I am now. I'm finally in California after 6 weeks in The Philippines.

I miss Basud so much. In Basud, the stars aren't shy and they come out at night. In Basud, time goes by so slowly. OH GAWD! I MISS MY INZANS (COUSINS) AND MY FRIENDS!

Seriously, if I there was a Rent-A-Banka, I'd rent one right now and row myself to the Philippines! REALLY I WOULD! I just don't think my mother would be in favor of that idea. Plus, I'm real bad with directions.

Last Saturday was Rosanna's 18th Birthday and it was sooo much fun! I got really nervous before the celebrations because I kept repeating the dance steps in my head and my partner was so late. I was so relieved that my dress fitted well because I've been eating and not exercising! HAHAHA! We danced, ate, laughed, watched the presentations and I made so many new friends.

Rosanna's chums are VERY interesting. They're all very friendly and whenever I communicate in English with them, they'd mention something about nosebleeds. I think it's got to do with some movie when the the guy gets nosebleeds because the girl speaks English. HA! I don't have much photos because my camera died on me! HOW COULD YOU? I mean. I've treated my camera with nothing but respect and care and IT DIED ON ME! Well, whatever, I'll get the photos from Rosanna.

Believe it or not but I've started to drive! Yes. I've gotten my license. Yes. I've been taking driving lessons. Yes. At the end of the day, I'm exhausted and traumatised.

I'm driving a stick shift and it's confusing! The roads in Manila are filled with cars, Jeeps are tricycles and when I drive my mind is in a whirl. Thank GOD the passenger seat has a brake. My instructors are nice and 'monotoned'.

Last Wednesday, I attended my first Cotillion practice at the Wisden residence and I tell you I am not a born dancer. I took the whole day to grasp the FIRST PART! AHHHHHHHH! We're going to dance the Waltz and there's this part where my partner has to lift me up! Enough said.

My cousin, David, is 17 and already drives! HOW COOL IS THAT. He is my very own personal chauffer! LOL. Anyway, I reckon it'll be the only time my mother will allow me a 17-year-old to drive me. It's true.

My other cousin, Samuel, is here too! He's the only one among us 3 that hasn't changed much. David's lost his smile. I've received my gift from the Mole fairy. HA!

If I get the chickenpox, I am going to bang my head onto the wall.

My aunt is currently having chickenpox and I was in contact with her for four consecutive days. OH..MY..GAWD. I am naive enough to think that although I may (BIG MAY) have been vaccinated, I will not get it.

I saw her last on Friday and I thought, 'Hey Sherina, no signs of chickenpox!' but according to Wikipedia 'it takes from 10 to 21 days after contact with an infected person for someone to develop chickenpox'.

Seriously, I am about to harm myself.

GUYS I MUST TELL YOU THIS!

I watched a Korean movie last night which made me cry and laugh! It's called THE CLASSIC. Gwen told me all about it before THREESOME and I just had to watch it. On YouTube, the movie had 17 parts and I vowed to myself that I'd only watch it till the 8th part but I WATCHED THE WHOLE ENTIRE MOVIE AND IT WAS SO OHMYGOSH GOOD.

After the movie, Gwen called me and she was just so excited that she used her mobile phone (which has only 60 minutes of outgoing calls) to discuss the movie. The conversation mostly comprised of screamingw swooning and laughter.

OH GAWD MY WHOLE ENTIRE BODY HURTS! Nigel and I were working as waiters the WHOLE of the yesterday. We did two back-to-back shifts which totally sucked the youth out of me. First on the list: The Straits Chinese Restaurant. After that, we went to Suntec for the Far East Organization Glitz&Glamour.

Whatever! By the end of the night, my toes felt like they were mangled and I was practically dragging my ALREADY numb legs.

Nigel was predicting that he was going to have a leg cramp while sleeping. He told me that when he does have such cramps, he screams. I LAUGH. you know why? Cuz I can't imagine males scream. Is it a deep girlie 'ahHHhhhh'? or is it a 'AH'.

Anyway, I've been having the strangest dreams. no no people, not erotic dreams!

Yesterday, I received a message from my Nanay Emma asking if I was going back to the Philippines any time soon. She said that Rosanna's 18th Birthday is imminent and suggested that if I were to go back by March 18th, I would be in her 'entourage'. You see, in the Philippine culture a girl's 18th birthday is VERY important.

I really wanted to be part of her entourage. I was soo excited I asked permission from my mother and started making arrangments but I realised that I couldn't go. YOU KNOW WHY? Cause I really really need to save money for my air ticket.

I don't want my Mother to pay for my air ticket this time. I'm gonna do it.

So today I was job hunting with Chee Hng (Nigel) and I must say job hunting is not an easy task. AND OMG I SURVIVED JOB HUNTING WITH NIGEL. APPLAUSE?

Today I've been feeling rather weird and upset because today is the first day of school for most of my friends. Joey's off to Raffles JC. Gwen's off to Temasek JC. Peiling's enrolled into Meridian JC and Marietta's kinda enjoying Tampines JC.

I feel rather envious that they're taking the JC path which feels like a secure path for a stable future. I guess I feel rather insecure about my future. That's gotta be reason why I've been feeling alone all day even though I was in the company of my friends. :(

Gwen and I have set the record for longest sleepover at Joey's house! 3 DAYS + 3 NIGHTS BABY. Those days and nights consisted mostly of dance, incessant laughter, long showers, food, stories and photos! News has spread that the O Level results will be released on the 12th at 1400 hours! HYSTERIA! Some of my smarty pants friends have more or less predicted their scores for EVERY SUBJECT and that really freaks me out.

OH CRAPPY SHIT, the SATs have been rather demoralising bcuz the English sections contain bombastic and elaborate words THAT I'VE NEVER CAME ACROSS!! what the freeeeeeeak! Yes. I believe my goal of at least attaining a score of 1800 might just be fantasy.

HA, and that's Chompu, Jalyn and I with Nanny Ang during the class chalet! I thoroughly enjoyed the class chalet. The days in the sun were spent in the pool and I've got myself a really bad tan line! It's actually really funny looking :D

3) .. eating, eating and eating. NON STOP EATING

4) .. playing Wii Tennis

OH GAWD I HAD SO MUCH FUN WITH THE FUNNIEST PEOPLE I KNOW.

I met up with Wee Kian first (just cuz Nigel was sooo very late) and I couldn't recognise him because puberty has definetely blessed him with height! Anyway, we went to Braddell first and collected my camera. We planned to hop onto the same train as Nigel, Wee Kiat and Xiu Li but boys just cannot communicate well and we missed the train. We got onto the next one and told them to hop onto ours. I told Nigel we were in the 'tail area' and once we were at Newton, Wee Kian and I tried looking for them. HA, I saw someone step into the carriage and then back out. How did I not know that was nigel? Finally, we got into the same train at Orchard.

Sherina: Cheese Nigel, were you the one who got on and got out?
Nigel: YEAH, I got on and Wee Kiat pulled me OUT!

We watched Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging just because Nigel Soh Chee Heng said he was a virgin watcher! SO WE DID

WHAT.THE.HELL! I could have killed him but I must say Robbie is daaaaaaaamn HOT. He can be my boy toy any day. After the show, I was thanking Nigel for dragging me to the show but I can't say the same for poor poor Wee Kiat. That poor boy was traumatised by all the butt flashes and kissing. OH GOSH, the two photos are only 2% of the photos I took last night during the SL Chalet at Aloha Changi! The BBQ was bittersweet cuz while I was enjoying myself, I realized that it would be the last time I attend an SL activity or gathering.

Anyway, the fun and laughter eventually led to my mega high spirits last night. That's why I lost control of my brain and fell into a drain! December refuses to leave without giving me some cuts and bruises. (REMEMBER DECEMBER'07 WHEN I FELL OFF THE THREADMILL!) I was doing well till I found a 'cute' little slit on my upper thigh.

I think I'm suffering from a BBQ hangover. I was rotating the satays for such a long time that I think I've considered adopting them! NO LAR. JOKE ONLY.

camp was interesting especially since I participated as a facil! Awwdrey and I made a fabulous duo as facils of CD (they were suppose to be called 'STD', which would be the abbreviation of Seize The Day. I thought it would have been cooler that way!). I will eternally remember this camp just because I've bonded more with Awwdrey, Zien, Wet, Dom, Wei Jie and Kiat Han!

The camp was truelly bittersweet because it hit me how SLI would be the last SL camp I would be attending in a VERY long time. :(

I'll keep the good memories and give the bad ones away to the Grinch!

Today I was pretty cranky during mass. SORRY MARIETTA!

I spent my Friday at NAFA (Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts) helping backstage. I told my mother that it was pretty queer being a backstage helper because I've always been an actor who's always on stage. From 9AM to 10PM, I was running around making sure their rehearsal went smooth.

AND I HAD TO WAKE UP AT AN UNEARTHLY HOUR! 8AM!

But it was for a good cause. I WENT TO JO BO'S HOUSE!

For the past week, my eyelid has been housing an unwelcomed illegal immigrant: a pimple. I know that description may be generic and I've tried to google it and stuff.

So this morning I typed 'pimple on eye lid' on the GOOGLE search engine. I entered this YAHOO Answers page and I was looking thru all the replies and this is what I read.

CANCER! WHAT THE HELL I THOUGHT IT WAS A PIMPLE! CANCER! CANCER?

After reading countless articles and threads about 'the pimple', I concluded that I had to place a warm compress on it. And so I did that. AND IT GREW BIGGER.

By the time I was in school, I felt like a freaking retard. Bless Chee Kit for praying for my hopefully- not- cancerous- pimple!

I COULDN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE. So I went to see Doctor Goh, who managed to numb my eyelid and squeeze ALL THE PUS OUT OF IT! WAHAHHAHAHAHAH! It was numb then and it hurts terribly now.

Ha, too bad today isn't Hollerween Eve. I received plenty of stares from people, especially kids. Darn, I should've chased them.

SO! We were suppose to ONLY submit our answer scripts and NOT our question booklet. And if you're a clever yeti, you'd guess that I submitted BOTH unknowingly. After submitting both, I was la-la-ing while the invigilators counted the scripts. And this is what went down:

They sewed her a really hideous BUT really cute frock thingy which, of course, had tons of clashing patterns and colours! (WAHAHAHAH!)
